Sustainability

Reducing emissions by 2050

We're committed to achieving net zero emissions for our direct operations and energy use by 2028, with full net zero across all activities by 2050. Our environmental stewardship, in line with terra carta, focuses on enhancing nature, preventing pollution of air, water, and soil, while maximizing the use of reused and recycled materials throughout our properties. We also work to protect and restore the natural ecosystems and soil health across all our estates.

Planet, People and Performance

To communicate our key sustainability objectives we have categorised our ambitions under three areas: Planet, People and Performance. We have identified three core objectives under each area, developing a series of actions and metrics to help us deliver on our ambitions.
