Our Rural Estate comprises five surveys; Cheshire, Lancashire, Staffordshire, Yorkshire and Southern. Covering 41,908 acres of land in England and Wales.
In 2022 the Duchy set its target to be net zero for Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2028 and net zero across Scope 3 by 2050.
