Ventia takes a new 10-year lease on the Savoy Estate
Commercial property management company, Ventia, has signed a new 10 year lease on office space in the Duchy of Lancaster’s prestigious building at 9 Savoy Street, London.
Ventia, which operates serviced offices across London, Bristol and the Thames Valley, has agreed to let the second floor, comprising 4,980 square feet at a rent value of £125,000 per annum.
Mike Andrews, head of commercial at the Duchy of Lancaster, said: “The office space is in an excellent central London location, which was important to Ventia. As a serviced office provider, the company has understandably high standards and that it has signed a new 10-year lease is testament to the quality offered at 9 Savoy Street.”
Nine Savoy Street is located beside The Strand, overlooking the River Thames and within walking distance to Covent Garden, Waterloo, and Embankment stations.
