The urban holdings comprise:

Savoy Estate, London
This historic urban estate is centred around the Duchy office and the Queen's Chapel of the Savoy, between the Strand and Embankment. The Duchy of Lancaster owns the freehold of part of the Manor of Savoy (1 hectare).

The Duchy owns a variety of commercial property investments elsewhere in London and in other urban locations in England.
