In June 2008, the redevelopment of Crewe Hall Farm into 6 high specification offices was completed.
Providing more than 26,000 sq ft of space, the accommodation has the flexibility to readily accommodate businesses of various professions and sizes. Zenteum Limited, a company that provides services of lubricant products and Red Eye International who provide a managed service for the internet marketing business have taken total space of approximately 10,000 sq ft. The remaining space is being marketed at a starting rent of £10/sq ft and flexible lease terms are on offer.
The redevelopment was the result of a partnership arrangement between the Duchy of Lancaster and North West based developer Maple Grove Developments.
Some of the original features of the 125 year old site have been sympathetically retained through the restoration of the huge original roof timbers and the reuse, wherever possible of the existing materials such as reclaimed bricks, roof tiles and granite setts. Our design for the scheme has been deliberately developed to make these historical buildings a sustainable part of the local community for generations to come.
Careful attention has been paid to sustainable practices from careful waste planning during construction, to sensitive relocation of wildlife residing in the redundant buildings and the use of automated lighting and grey water recycling, the offices are designed to deliver a minimal impact on the environment.
